We received an e-mail from a customer in London. The customer was telling us of a problem they had with their power.
They would plug their charger into the machine but the machine would not charge but still came on. There are three different problems that can occur with the power, the charger may not be giving enough voltage out to power or charge the machine fully, the battery may have died after it being used for so long or the power socket may have a lose connection.

We received a call from a customer, they were worried about a reacquiring problem with their laptop. They told us that the machine after being on for so long will shut itself off. We asked the customer some questions that could lead use to the end result of why it keeps turning itself off.
This problem occurs often on several machines, where the machine turns itself off after a set period of time. The machine over heats itself causing the machine to turn off.
A customer called in to the shop located in town centre Bolton. They told Laptop Repair Bolton that they could not see any of their files and photos. They urgently needed them due to the fact they are a photographer and they needed to get the photos sent out as soon as possible.
We had a look at his machine and noticed that they had an unnamed file on their machine, the customer did not know about this file and had no idea of where it had come from.
